Fremantle CAT Bus
CAT buses follow a route around Fremantle. They depart every 8-10 minutes from car parks to major tourist and business locations. Cat buses are fully accessible.
The CAT bus route runs close to FREE car parking areas along Marine Terrace, Ord Street and Beach Street. All you need to do is park your car and catch the CAT from the nearest stop .
For Fremantle Masters Games participants the CAT stops are at Ord Street (Fremantle Leisure Centre), Kings Square and CBC Fremantle (Fremantle Bowling Club and Fremantle Park), Cappuccino Strip.
Car Parking
City parking inspectors are on duty during the week and over the weekend. Please obey all instructions for parking to avoid fines.
Trains
Fremantle Railway station brings passengers to and from Perth, Joondalup, Midland, Armadale and all points in between, running regularly from 5.22am to midnight and until 2.30am Saturday and Sunday with a reduced service on weekends and public holidays. Phone 13 62 13 for information.
Taxis
There is a taxi rank near the Fremantle Town Hall, Fremantle Railway Station, Esplanade Hotel but taxis can be hailed anywhere or by ordering on 13 13 10 (Swan Taxis) or 13 10 08 (Black and White).
