It is with the utmost pleasure that I welcome you to the City of Fremantle and the 2007 Fremantle Masters Game. The Fremantle Masters Games are a fantastic incentive for participants to renew, maintain or start sporting activities and socialise at the same time. They contribute to the health and welfare of our community and success comes, not from winning, but participating.

City of Cockburn

On behalf of the Council and ratepayers of the City of Cockburn I would like to welcome all competitors, officials and spectators to the 2007 Fremantle Masters Games. These Games showcase the fantastic sporting facilities operated by both the City of Cockburn and the City of Fremantle.

Once again the City of Cockburn is proud to donate the use of some our high quality sporting facilities to the City of Fremantle for the Games. This event encourages active people from all over Australia to come together to display the sprit of participation, fun and friendly competition our nation is famous for.

For those of you who have traveled so far to compete I wish you the best of luck in your competitions. Please make yourselves at home and enjoy the many activities, sights and attractions that both our cities have to offer.

Healthway was established in 1991 under the Tobacco Control Act 1990 as a statutory body. Healthway provides grants to health and research organisations as well as sponsorships to sport, arts, racing and community groups which encourage healthy lifestyles and advance health promotion programs which encourage healthy lifestyles and provide opportunities to promote health messages.
