HOW TO ENTER – It’s Easy  !!!

1. Complete required details as instructed, for the participant and / or supporter
2. Choose a payment option
3. Complete payment steps with credit card details online

To lodge a successful entry every participant must complete the Individual Games Entry Form, Terms & Conditions Agreement, and the Sports Entry Form

1. Every participant must read and sign the Terms and Conditions Agreement page
2. Every competitor must complete Individual Games Entry Form, Section 1
3. Select the Sport (s) you are entering and complete the Sport Coupon and list in Section 2 for individual sports (e.g. Athletics) or Section 3 for team sports (e.g. Netball)
4. Complete the Supporting Person Entry Form Section 6 (if required)
5. Total up fees payable (Sport fee A + Sport fee B + Games Registration fee C) and complete Section 5
6. Team entries (more than one person competing in the event) the Team Organiser Must complete the team information section located on the relevant Sport Coupon. Full payment for all team members must be posted together with Individual Games Entry Form, signed Terms and Condition Agreement, Sports Entry Form.
7. Staple together your Individual Games Entry Form, signed Terms and Condition Agreement, Sports Entry Form, and if applicable the Supporting Person Entry Form
8. Complete the Checklist below
9. Send all your Entry Forms and Fees payable to;

WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

On receipt of the completed entry form it is checked to ensure all the information and payments provided are correct. You will be contacted if there are any errors or information missing.

The entry and payment is processed and participant details are added to the competition database.

A confirmation of entry letter will be sent within three weeks of entry, detailing events and payment received.

Collecting your Accreditation Pass and Registration Pack: Each participant and accompanying person is required to collect their Games Accreditation Pass and Pack at the Games Centre prior to participating in sporting competitions or attending official Games functions. Your confirmation letter should be presented when you check-in at the Games Centre. The official Game Accreditation Pass is your unique ID during the Games, allowing you access to sport venues and ceremonies.
